How
do you feel the CDI program has helped you personally?
- I feel
that this program helped me pinpoint my goals and see what I really
want to focus my life towards.
- It has
brought out a way I can transfer my ideas.
- I think
I can follow my dreams.
- The CDI
program has helped me because it has taught me what to believe I can
accomplish and to believe in myself.
- It has
shown me that I can contribute to the church using my own unique skills.
- At this
moment I am energized, enthused and excited about going out and doing.
I hope I can carry that into the world.
- It made
me realize that just cause I don’t get very good grades does not mean
I can’t be someone in life.
- To recognize
my strengths as well as weaknesses and also the strengths and weaknesses
of others and what everyone, me, has to offer.
- It made
me feel like I, personally, could do more for the world.
- It helped
me realize confessions weren’t all that bad.
- By verbalizing
my dreams, talents, and skills, I have become aware of what I want to
do with my life.
- It forced
me to articulate my dreams and talents.
- It helped
me solidify my basic beliefs in myself.
- I feel
the program helped show me how to become a better leader for Acolyting
and the other activities and I’m in, or will be in.
- It helped
me see how I could help others & help to change things I want changed.
How
do you feel the CDI program has impacted your team, group, and/or organization?
- I think
this has really impacted our group and made us realize that we can make
a difference in our church.
- We have
realized what and how we need to do things.
- It has
impacted my groups because it has (got) them (to) express what they
feel and to not be negative.
- It will
definitely make us more involved with the church.
- We can
make an impact if we choose to.
- Made us
realize that we are all different and that we can be ourselves.
- We have
originated tons of new ideas and goals for youth involvement in the
church. I really think a lot of them will get done. I feel a new excitement
within the group.
- Give us
direction.
- It has
made us more unified and I feel that now we know what our goals and
our dreams are.
- Brought
us together, empowered us.
- I feel
it has brought our group together and make us think as a team.
- I feel
the program has made us more accepting of others ideas, etc.
- It made
us feel like we had more power & that we could make our voices heard.
Do
you feel that continuing the CDI programs will impact your team, group,
and/or organization? If yes, what do you believe the impact will be?
- Yes but
I also feel we can do this on our own and still make a difference.
- Yes because
if the leader can get me jazzed about a simple project, he can get a
large group of people to make a difference.
- Everyone
will try and want to participate.
- Yes I
do. I believe the impact will be great and (get) many (to) have more
confidence in themselves.
- Possibly
- it will get us more & more involved.
- If we
take to heart what you suggested, and actually follow through with our
goals and dreams, I feel we will greatly improve ASC.
- Yes. Because
it would help us be more expressive.
- I think
that a yearly check-up will help but we tend to lag and get lazy. The
impact will be continued progress.
- Yes. I
think that this will motivate people in the group to attempt to do more.
- I think
the CDI few values, a jack up to see our progress would be good!
- Yes, it
will hopefully get more people involved, make us work together, and
to set high goals.
- Help us
be the leaders we want to be. We won’t wait for the adults to do it.
- Yes, because
we have new ideas to work with and new methods in which to do this.
- Yes, I
feel continuing the program will allow others to learn how to be better
accepting of others and of their ideas.
- Yes, if
it stays interesting, I think it will help us to make sure our voices
