This core program accomplishes three main results. They are:

  • Instill and promote a creative, empowered organization

 

The Program Methodology

This core program first builds individuals and their self-respect by helping them understand and unleash their natural abilities, their creativity and talents. The program then goes further by building teamwork from trust, respect, shared information, and open communication. The program then goes where most programs and consultants usually do not go. It develops a whole cultural change in an environment by unleashing creativity and empowering employees to embrace change, to take action towards meeting goals and objectives, and to solve problems.

The Uniqueness of this Career Dreams Core Program

The Art of Management (AOM) core program is totally different from what other consultants and human resource programs do. Generally, they consist of only one of the above three points. They are doing either employee development or team building. Rarely do they create cultural change and unleash creative environments. This AOM program combines all three points, beginning with the individual. Career Dreams does not focus on organizational process. core values. skill sets, personality profiles. and the like. These things change over time, sometimes very frequently. Career Dreams programs focus on the individual employees and their natural abilities and creativity. their given uniqueness, as a foundation. These only change as individuals learn and develop their talents.

This program starts with developing the individual first by building their self-respect and confidence through understanding and unleashing their natural abilities; talents and creativity. The program also helps the individual understand and support his/her job and career aspirations by helping them find job satisfaction out of their current employment.

TEAMWORK

The program then achieves the building of successful teams and teamwork. This is teamwork built around the individual and their natural abilities rather than the organizational process. The program creates a team environment of open communication. sharing information. trust and respect.

CREATIVE & PRODUCTIVE ENVIRONMENT

This program accomplishes an additional step that most programs and consultants do not. It promotes and creates an environment w here individuals can unleash their creativity, be empowered to take action, and work together in an open, creative environment. This is creating a whole cultural change.
