  • Helped to solidify thoughts relevant to what you can accomplish.

  • Potentially useful to establish goals.
  • Unsettling / removed complacency - made you reach beyond comfort zone.
  • No one had asked me these questions before.
  • Helping you think about areas that make you feel uncomfortable.
  • Helping you to re-asses your self worth.

Group #1
