  • It was good to see the teams create their dream school/community center – and the ideas that flowed from there.

  • It motivated the group. Everyone here is so eager to move forth and get things done and get them done quickly.

  • Career Dreams would give motivation and supportive encouragement to tackle the goals and dreams developed by the group.

  • Yes.

  • It was good for the Executive Director to recognize and acknowledge the various needs.

  • Yes it will reach others. They weren’t at the workshop but may hear of it’s good things and want to be apart of the next one.

  • Yes. Help bring their thoughts to reality.

  • Absolutely!! The impact will be on helping all staff feel equal.

  • The impact will be that a lot of things will get done.

  • Yes, the ability to keep people motivated about making positive change.

  • Yes, only if the workshops vary and show other ways, not just no limits!!

  • The impact will show when the committees are up and running.

  • Possibly, I think there is a lot to offer. It will send us in a positive direction.
