Comments:

  • I really would love to hear you speak more often, and learn some more.

  • I really enjoyed being a part of this group and being able to find people with talents to help other people.

  • Clear presentation. We knew what we were about.

  • Showed great enthusiasm.

  • Enthusiastic & well prepared.

  • Good to get others to talk of self pschologually, makes a person feel like they accomplished something.

  • Great enthusiasm & commitment, sustained interesting 6 hours.

  • Well worth the experience. A real positive presentation.

  • Greg is an excellent facilitator who brings out the best in people.

Comments:

  • I think that the content of the evaluation and also the organization was a real experience for me and others.

  • Help me find other ways to help succeed with the help of others.

  • Excellent model of participation by whole group.

  • It was new - It was good and helpful after we finished - project was explained.

  • As in a job interview - asking questions of others - the actual person your interviewing - you’ll hear.

  • This was the 1st program of this type I have participated in, but I found it full & interesting & very worthwhile.

  • Created new avenues of realistic motivation.

  • A real goal oriented program.

How do you feel the CDI program has helped you personally?

  • Made me think.

  • Great, I think it helps people to recognize that their dreams are not so far fetched.

  • increased introspection.

  • CDI has given me a lot to think about.

  • Believe in myself and don’t stop doing what I’m doing.

  • To feel more confident, more determined to work harder on commitments I’ve made.

How do you feel the CDI program has impacted your team, group, and/or organization?

  • Opened up ideas.

  • I feel it has given me a chance to meet more people and learn more about other people.

  • Very much. So I can pass it on to the people in our house.

  • Gave them knowledge that they don’t have to do this on their own.

  • Created enthusiasm for change and for continued work.

  • I believe Jubilee homes can be strengthened by using this process.

  • It provided an environment in which we could come together as a team and get to know each other.

Do you feel that continuing the CDI programs will impact your team, group, and/or organization? If yes, what do you believe the impact will be?

  • It would create more of a team.

  • Yes, I believe it helps us to get organized and positive.

  • Increased & improve self image.

  • I feel that it would put a good impact on our group. I feel that the impact will be a positive impact toward each individual.

  • Positive in the way they feel and think about their selves.

  • It will expand our thoughts on our future. That we can create more.

  • I’m not sure.

  • Team building. Build into individual capacity.

  • It opens people up to share of themselves and be creative - We need that.

  • It has created a spirit of fellowship and cooperation that will prevail.

  • 2 - fold impact. 1. On individual lives to develop self-esteem & motivation. 2. On Jubilee as an organization to help us grow, dream & become a model.

  • More direction needed to those in recovery - structure - laid out set of steps for house residents to take.

  • Yes. It will help to realize & have the ideals & directions of the group.

  • Yes!! The more it spreads in Jubilee, the more talents will be visible and used to fulfill dreams.

  • Yes, growth and income for all - plus some.

  • A broader look at ways to be of service.

  • Yes, meetings should be held bi-monthly as a follow up to our dreams and goals.

  • Yes. Brilliance’s.

  • I believe this will keep us focused on what the possibilities are - what needs to be changed - mostly not to set limits on dreams!! I love that! Thanks
