- I think
that the content of the evaluation and also the organization was a real
experience for me and others.
- Help me
find other ways to help succeed with the help of others.
- Excellent
model of participation by whole group.
- It was
new - It was good and helpful after we finished - project was explained.
- As in
a job interview - asking questions of others - the actual person your
interviewing - you’ll hear.
- This was
the 1st program of this type I have participated in, but I found it
full & interesting & very worthwhile.
- Created
new avenues of realistic motivation.
- A real
goal oriented program.
How do
you feel the CDI program has helped you personally?
- Made me
think.
- Great,
I think it helps people to recognize that their dreams are not so far
fetched.
- increased
introspection.
- CDI has
given me a lot to think about.
- Help me
believe in positive thinking.
- Believe
in myself and don’t stop doing what I’m doing.
- To feel
more confident, more determined to work harder on commitments I’ve made.
- Let me
see others in "fuller" light.
- It is
always good to be confronted with a process that dwells on potential
and positives.
- It provided
me with a wonderful learning experience.
- To think
out of the box. Expand my horizon for Jubilee.
- Negativity
is out - positive is better.
- It helped
me in a valuable direction. To fulfill my needs & desires.
- Clarification
of talents & dreams.
- Opened
my mind for expanding and learning.
- It has
given me a lot to think about with regards to on going progress in my
life.
- It has
helped to redefine my talents versus my skills.
- Believe
more that I can achieve my dream.
- Help me
to understand my strengths.
How do
you feel the CDI program has impacted your team, group, and/or organization?
- Opened
up ideas.
- It helps
me by giving me motivation.
- Same as
above... Increased introspection.
- I feel
it has given me a chance to meet more people and learn more about other
people.
- Very much.
So I can pass it on to the people in our house.
- Gave them
knowledge that they don’t have to do this on their own.
- Created
enthusiasm for change and for continued work.
- Helped
everyone understand each other better.
- I believe
Jubilee homes can be strengthened by using this process.
- It provided
an environment in which we could come together as a team and get to
know each other.
- Breath
of new life, building of trust and community.
- Got to
see others in more light and get to know them better.
- It seems
to have a positive benefit in the group here today.
- Created
a new spirit and knowledge of each other and their talents & dreams.
- Brought
us together as a team.
- I believe
it has created a new way to look at things.
- It has
breathed new life and hope into Jubilee.
- People
can work together.
- Focus
and gave us tools to improve our program. Gave me the motivation to
brain storm on what can happen for improvement.
Do you
feel that continuing the CDI programs will impact your team, group, and/or
organization? If yes, what do you believe the impact will be?
- It would
create more of a team.
- Yes, I
believe it helps us to get organized and positive.
- Increased
& improve self image.
- I feel
that it would put a good impact on our group. I feel that the impact
will be a positive impact toward each individual.
- Positive
in the way they feel and think about their selves.
- It will
expand our thoughts on our future. That we can create more.
- I’m not
sure.
- Team building.
Build into individual capacity.
- It opens
people up to share of themselves and be creative - We need that.
- It has
created a spirit of fellowship and cooperation that will prevail.
- 2 - fold
impact. 1. On individual lives to develop self-esteem & motivation.
2. On Jubilee as an organization to help us grow, dream & become
a model.
- More direction
needed to those in recovery - structure - laid out set of steps for
house residents to take.

and income for all - plus some.
- A broader
look at ways to be of service.

- I believe
this will keep us focused on what the possibilities are - what needs
