Comments:

  • Well thought out – evaluated.

  • Very organized; each part went into the next subject.

  • Jumped around a bit.

  • Very well organized with everything he had going with the amount of time.

  • Informative and fun.

  • Makes you rethink education.

  • I am curious as to how one deals with negatives (and they do exist) if one merely denies their existence. I am also curious how you reconcile your desire to eliminate competition with free enterprise, which is based on competition.

  • For the time we had it was the best workshop I’ve had as a teacher.

  • He was very informative and it was very interesting.

How do you feel the CDI program has helped you personally?

  • Helped me want to work as a team – I’m eager for a positive year – No negatives.

  • It made me think about what I want to do in my classroom.

  • I feel as though I have grown emotionally as a person. I have some great sense of positive energy.

  • It has given me ideas to use in my class.

  • Reinforced much of what I already felt was important about helping children dream about their future success.

  • It made me remember the importance of high expectations for my own personal goals.

  • Self-esteem.

  • CDI has been an encouraging workshop.

  • Made me realize my thinking is kind of narrow – need to think on a grander scale.

  • Gives a new outlook – opportunity or the nudge to get us out of the "comfort" zone.

  • More compassionate to others – learn how to share my passion.

  • Focus on positive, not negative.

  • It has helped me by seeing and thinking differently about everything.

  • Made me realize I need to be more positive.

  • Yes, although I would have enjoyed your presentation a lot more if our first day of school were not tomorrow.

  • It has helped me think about reaching kids through their strengths.

  • It made me more aware that my personality is the most important.

  • To take a different look at what my job is and how I could & will change things.

  • Probably hasn’t – I already believed most of it.

  • It has helped me to not be afraid to dream or get out of my box.

  • Remember how I love teaching – smile & laugh – be creative.

  • Great motivation.

  • To remind me that anything is possible – No negativity and we can do much more if we work together. Passion is the secret we all share.

  • It gave me ideas that I can take into the classroom.

  • Made me realize that I can be just as important as those who have college degrees.

  • I have learned a lot. I have also learned we can do anything if we believe in ourselves.

  • I am glad to know that my beliefs are not just my own. Sometimes I feel like I am the only one with high expectations of myself, which sometimes drags me down because I am not the norm. Bad attitudes are contagious.

  • It has made me realize my goals are not just my dream.

  • It gave great motivation, the sky’s the limit!

How do you feel the CDI program has impacted your team, group, and/or organization?

  • Excellent.

  • Give us positive outlook to be positive with our students.

  • Brought us closer to understand one another.

  • It has initiated an awareness of team work.

  • I hope it will stay with them – that it isn’t forgotten a couple of weeks into the year.

  • Helps us interact w/other staff whereas otherwise we might not have.

  • We can now see that we share a lot of the same dreams, goals, and passions.

  • Brought to light how easy it is to be negative.

  • By showing us we can do it together.

  • Started a bases of positive attitude and teamwork.

  • We have been challenged to go out of the box & be more creative.

  • It introduces new and better ways to treat students, staff and everyone around me.

  • Positively!

  • To early to tell.

  • It helped us to be a team instead of an individual working towards a common goal.

  • I believe we will work closer together. Be a TEAM & communicate with each other.

  • Maybe it has gotten us ready to have a great year.

  • I would like them to feel the same as above (To remind me that anything is possible – no negativity & we can do much more if we work together. Passion is the secret we all share).
