- Clarify
/ focus my talents
- It's helped
me connect to my talents & dreams & am feeling comfortable with

actually dream can be reality. I understand more about myself
- It made
me take the time to evaluate myself and really think about my talents.
I had never done that before

me confirm that I am following my career dream
- I'll be
more open about my talents & search for ways to obtain skills to

do feel that my team enjoyed it very much.
- I now
know where everybody stands and what their interests are. We can better
utilize our team members in areas that they will be happy an productive
in
- "Absolutely

- Yes- -think
the negative language & comments might stop.
- Think
they might be more proactive to use their talents!
- Don't
know.
- Yes, by
eliminating the negative, people concentrate on the positive things
that can and will be accomplished.
- Yes, because
we will have a common vocabulary regarding career & dreams using
our talents. The journey never ends, so the impact of continuing CDI
programs is continuous.
- We will
be better at energizing the Lab toward our diversity goals. If we check
our negatives at the door, we can encourage others to do the same. This
could be infectious!

creativity.
