• You were so enthusiastic, it was catching.
  
  
• Very good.
  
  
• Very articulate, excited about what you are doing. Affected others w/your enthusiasm.
  
  
• We needed you guys, like years ago.
  
  
• Is a very good speaker. Kept everyone involved and participating. The cursing could be removed - made it seem less professional, but over all was very good.

• I am going to start looking at myself as some one who can, not some one who wants to.
  
  
• Excellent speaker.
  
  
• Notebook was confusing at first however you brought it all together so I could better understand what you meant.
  
  
• Very organized and proficient.
  
  
• I have participated in several workshop presentations on creating the "ideal" or "dream" schools. This was good - though nothing I have not heard before.

How did you feel the CDI program has helped you personally?

• Makes you more aware of others in the group.

• Each one understands the concept of teambuilding - it will be up to the team to make it succeed!

Do you feel that continuing the CDI programs will have an impact with your team, group, and/or organization? If yes, what do you believe the impact will be?

• Not being at the Phoenix Program, it will help me individually to build upon.
  
  
• Yes. I believe I will be part of a program that will not only impact the Carlsbad Community but the communities where my students come from.

• Yes. I believe that they will continue to help us focus on change and the fact that many things are achievable.
