Quality Statement

Career Dreams Educational Foundation (CDEF) is designed to take a proactive approach to our clients. We have developed a national network of qualified and certified trained facilitators and trainers to meet the needs of our clients. There is an extensive network of certified CDEF personnel located in major markets throughout the United States. This network allows for rapid response to client needs as they develop.

Quality  Control Statement

Career Dreams Educational Foundation believes that quality is a vital key to success. Commitment to quality is a pre-requisite for participation as a member of our CDEF staff. Quality is incorporated throughout our training of our personnel, in service delivery, and customer service. When a program is implemented, quality is monitored through customer surveys, on-site visits, and internal support systems. This is accomplished through team-work with CDEF personnel and our customers.

Throughout the contract we will be monitoring both the effectiveness of our program's delivery and its administration.

Quality is, of course, a two-way street, requiring a close partnership with our client organizations. The information collected about the effectiveness of CDEF will be useful to our clients in assessing their adherence to the concepts and intent of the process.
