I am sure you recognize that our greatest resource for creating a dynamic educational entity is the people we work with and the children we teach.
A wise man has stated, "Where there is no vision, the people perish." This is certainly true in an organization where the majority of participants have no vision of greatness for themselves or for the organization they are a part of. They simply opt for mediocrity and they usually hit that target.

Career Dreams is designed to help both students and teachers discover their unique talents and apply those talents to the betterment of the individual and the organization. It fosters a process whereby the talents of the individual can be incorporated into the dynamics of the organization, thus creating a synergy that extends beyond the individual him/herself. It is especially effective in an alternative educational setting.

As a school superintendent, I appreciate the Career Dreams process that allows students and teachers to dream outside of the traditional box we have placed around education. Career Dreams provides those dynamics that every educational institution needs in order to create a vision for the new millennium.
