notice as to content and objectives of workshop would be helpful.
- I like
knowing where I am going and to know end results or possibilities before
devoting my time.

great to finally be acknowledged in a positive way in education. Organization

in teaching how to accomplish your goals and ideals.

somewhat confused about which workbook the trainer was discussing.

the action groups need to have different names. The initial one seemed
to be different from the other one.

- The CDEF
Training has helped me to break out of the limits of the day-to-day
work effort. Education is going to change within the next several years
and educators are going to need to be in control of their destiny.
- Created
unity among many – reinforced what I knew, but needed to be reminded
– created self-motivation.
- The ability
to be able to say I really am okay. Thinking out of the box is perfectly
acceptable.
- Help me
to teach those that work with me and around the whole community some
of the principles that I have learned.

you feel the CDEF Training has impacted your team, group, and/or organization?
- Camaraderie
greatly improved – unified sense of direction.
- The CDEF
Training has helped to get our staff together – we are no longer just
elementary, middle school, or high school. We are a team.
- Respect
– unity – motivation – teamwork.
- It has
given us freedom to dream and be verbal about them with no fear of negativity.
Greater respect for individuality.
- Gave us
more self confidence and made us all realize the we are all team players
and we can do it.
- Helped
to bring a lot of good ideals together, and how to finish the job.
- The CDEF
Training has encouraged my group to become more positive with each other.

helped the team to hold no bars, to be able to be open with our fellow

- Yes! Improved
attitudes = improved scores = improved people = wonderful, productive
citizens!

do! Positive attitude – Motivation – We can move mountains just by reaching
