9, 9, 7, 10, 10, 10, 8, 10, 7, 10, 9, 10, 9, 9, 9, 10, 7, 10

Comments:

  • Prior notice as to content and objectives of workshop would be helpful.

  • I like knowing where I am going and to know end results or possibilities before devoting my time.

  • It was great to finally be acknowledged in a positive way in education. Organization was great as well.

  • Great ability to keep the groups on task and focused.

  • Very helpful in teaching how to accomplish your goals and ideals.

  • I was somewhat confused about which workbook the trainer was discussing.

  • I think the action groups need to have different names. The initial one seemed to be different from the other one.

  • Same as above – very good.

  • Organization was "Great".

  • Structured chaos – love it!

  • It got better as we went on – the material is very well developed.

  • We were motivated, worked, reinforced and rewarded.

  • Very well organized – repetition got old, but realize it is important.

  • I thought the content and organization was pretty good. Just repetitive.

How do you feel the CDEF Training has helped you personally?

  • A renewed sense of purpose – Pride in the potential effect (as an educator) that I will have with students.

  • The CDEF Training has helped me to break out of the limits of the day-to-day work effort. Education is going to change within the next several years and educators are going to need to be in control of their destiny.

  • Created unity among many – reinforced what I knew, but needed to be reminded – created self-motivation.

  • The ability to be able to say I really am okay. Thinking out of the box is perfectly acceptable.

  • Help me to teach those that work with me and around the whole community some of the principles that I have learned.

  • Help you feel good about yourself.

  • The CDEF Training has helped me realize that I am talented.

  • This training has helped me to become more of a positive player & leader & how to listen appropriately.

  • It has helped to make me feel more positive. Negativity spreads so quickly that I have felt consumed with it.

  • It has helped me to see things about myself and others that I work with that I had not realized.

  • It made me feel I can do anything. I have dreams and I can achieve them.

  • CDEF helped me to think or realize dreams that had been hidden (suppressed) for many years. I am more confident of myself and of my job because of the positive affirmation given throughout the workshop.

  • To eliminate my negatives – to take the lid off my dreams.

  • Positive motivation, self awareness, feedback.

  • Motivated to make some changes.

  • I have become more goal-oriented with the attitude I can accomplish these goals.

  • I now have expressed my dreams to others. Something I wouldn’t do before. I also learned I had talents I didn’t know about.

  • I now realize how negative I’ve been in my thinking.

How do you feel the CDEF Training has impacted your team, group, and/or organization?

  • Gave us more self confidence and made us all realize the we are all team players and we can do it.

  • Helped to bring a lot of good ideals together, and how to finish the job.

  • The CDEF Training has encouraged my group to become more positive with each other.

  • It has helped the team to hold no bars, to be able to be open with our fellow members.

  • It has made us feel closer to each other – we have increased respect for each other & our ideas.

  • I feel that it has made us feel like we are one team even though we represented all areas in our district.

  • Our diverse group has been brought together and we all have one goal in mind and that is to be positive about ourselves, our co-workers, our school, students, and the future of our school district and education in general.

  • We have a corporate dream for our school.

  • We will succeed. We will allow others to know their brilliance. We will change.

  • Gave us an opportunity to work with staff members we do not usually work with. It helped to build bridges between departments.

  • We are always positive now. We all want to do this to help our school.

  • We are learning on a positive note and I think, no I know, we will carry this message forward.
