You personally are your own company with your own customers, just like your company has customers. The success of a company directly relates to how well they take care of their customers. The same thing goes for you when you work for your "company".

y our customers are your co-workers who depend on you to do your job. When you work and relate in your job with this in mind, you realize how important you are to the companyand, ultimately, to its basic customers. When you do everyone wins, especially you.

VISUALIZE THE PERFECT JOB ENVIRONMENT

You have an idea of what you would like your work place to be like. It is important that you personally work to make it happen. Every day look and see what you can do to make it better. It is amazing how much you can accomplish when you just visualize and work toward a result. When you are persistent others will follow. Do this for yourself and you will have more fun

REMEMBER TO ALWAYS LISTEN

Every day we try to communicate with each other. How many times are we thinking about something else when someone is talking to us? Work hard to LISTEN when another person is talking. It is amazing how effective you will become in your job and how much easier things will be for you. It also becomes a great deal easier to work with you. Most important, you fmd it a lot more fun to work with everyone else. You get a lot more done with less effort.

DO NOT ASSUME ANYTHING

There is an unwritten rule that reads: Whenever you assumed something that made you angry, you will find your assumption will have been wrong 95% of the time. It is amazing how many times we make problems for ourselves and others by assuming we understand something without getting all the facts. This is one of the greatest problems we all face in our daily lives. Work to clearly understand the facts without making that final assumption too quickly.

HAVE FUN

A huge part of your life is at work. It is completely up to you personally to take the time to have fun. You have the power to make it happen. Every day find something that is fun to do. In a short time you and your co-workers will be enjoying your work more and getting a lot more done which creates a more productive environment. It only takes one to start this process to make it successful. You must be persistent.

CREATE SOMETHING TODAY

Every day do something to make your job or someone else's more creative. It can be as simple as moving something on your desk or as complex as developing new procedures for your department. Nothing is more exciting than to create and initiate changes around you. It makes every day challenging and fun. and you get a lot more done.

SUPPORT  YOUR  "CUSTOMERS"

Your customers are your co-workers who depend on you to do your job. Your department's customers, your co-workers within your department and other departments, and ultimately the entire Company all need your support. When you work and relate in your job with this in mind, everyone wins, especially you.

BE HONEST

Be honest with yourself and everyone around you.  Work is then less stressful and you are truly dependable.  You sleep better too.

YOU ARE GOOD AT WHAT YOU DO

If you think about it, you would not be working if you weren't good at what you are doing. Feel good about yourself and people around you will feel the same about you. Confidence is very powerful when it is honest. Everyone is brilliant at something. Think and act on that knowledge.

ASK QUESTIONS

Communication is the most basic thing that we need to work well. If for any reason you don't understand something, ask questions until you do. There are no stupid questions. Productivity increases when everyone clearly understands. I t is so simple to ask questions when you need to know that necessary piece of information to complete your job.
