  • Motivated; energetic.

  • Very strong communication -opened the eyes of those who were not ready to look at the future.

  • Very positive and excited about his program.

  • Organized, timely, positive, inspiring.

  • All comes together in the end to give a good idea of what our company needs to work on.

1. How do you feel the CDI program has helped you personally?

  • the program has motivated me to think of new ways and new ideas that I have shelved away. A refresher for my attitude is what I would call CDI.

  • Given me an idea of where other people in my company see themselves and what they do & don't like.

  • Reevaluate my position in the company.

  • Has made me excited to work with other people to expand business now!

  • Take moment to reflect on my thoughts, actions, goals, future. Shows I need to re-focus.

  • Brightened me up and opened my eyes.

  • Allowed me to see my own goals in the relation to the Co.  Helped me organize my thought.  Allowed me to be creative.

2. How do you feel the CDI program has impacted your team, group, and/or organization?

  • To be determined.

  • Given us focus. Brought to light some of the things we need to work on Greatly - made them think about positive aspect of the company & themselves.

  • Everybody had a positive reaction and want to continue with the program.

  • Very positive - bring unity - bonding experience - team concept.

  • I think everyone is more open and honest.

  • I think it has positively helped us & hopefully allow us to focus on our Co. goal.

  • Instilled in us the value of respect from floor sweeper to CEO.

3. Do you feel that continuing the CDI programs will impact your team, group, and/or organization? If yes, what do you believe the impact will be?

  • Yes, I believe that the impact will be a continuation of the reinforcement of positive attitude and thought.

  • It will facilitate information b/w employees increasing respect for one another.

  • Yes - growth - major growth.

  • Yes- It will get everybody to be more responsive to everyone else and create the atmosphere where people want to do a better job.

  • Yes -provide direction -positive winning attitude for winning successful organization.

  • Yes, positive.

  • Yes, it will get everyone on the same page, pointed directly toward the future.
