  • Good system. I like it better than Skills-Based Leadership.

  • I wish we had more time.

  • I like the dynamics of it and the energy. It was fun.

  • Conceptual construct. When you are talking about no negatives - eliminate the comment about “guns” - “We’ll shoot you if you’re negative.”
